Every day there are millions of searches conducted to find just the right product. You want to make sure when people are searching for products like yours, Google, Yahoo! and other search engines show them your products.

Getting Noticed By Search Engines

One of the best ways to get search engines to notice you is to get links back to your site from other sites. There are a lot of different ways to do this. But that's another discussion. I want to talk to you about what goes into your link.

You need to make sure that links back to your site are using the right keywords and phrases in the text of the link. The text of the link is the part that people see or can read.

So, for example, if you sell teddy bears, you need your links to have phrases like teddy bear, stuffed bears, stuffed animals, comfort bears just for starters. Google and other search engines take note of this text, and will index your site under those words and phrases.

You can see, then, how important it is to have the right phrases.

How Do You Find The Phrases?

The answer is to use the tools that Google and other services offer in order to collect a list. They keep track of what keywords and phrases are using. If you would like me to show you how to use the tools, I would be happy to do that. Or, if you want me to simply send you a list of keywords, I can do that too (this is certainly the easiest for you).

For the instructional, it costs $50.00. We will spend a half hour going over how to use the tools Google provides. If you know how to use that one, most of the others are very similar.

For a list of keywords the cost if $15.00. All you need to do is give me the link to your site and a description of what categories your products fall in to. Then I can put together a keyword list. Keep in mind this is not a full analysis, but a list of the keywords you should be using in forums and in swapping links with other sites.
